Russ Shulkes is Associate Vice President and Associate Dean of Institioanl Advancement at the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary. He is ThinkJudaism’s resident Leibowitz expert/anti-mystic. An ordained rabbi, he has an MA in Western Religions and taught comparative religion at FIU before plunging into full-time Hillel on campus work.He enjoys long walks on the beach, ice cream, and logic.
